Need to filter fuel? drive a huge truck? that's it, a massive truck fuel filter. you know you love it I love it. fits on my massive truck.

I bought this for my son who works as a truck driver and doesn't have time to go to the auto parts store when he needs to change the oil in his big truck.

Always use Cat filters in my FASS fuel system. 0749 is a long filter and will probably do better if your truck is jacked up. I have a stock height 4x4 01 Dodd 2500.

Made in Czech Republic, not USA. it did not fit my FASS lift pump. the top of the filter housing is flat and abuts the flange of the mounting nut. You will not get good outer seal compression. I will probably plug the filter and sand the filter flange hole wider

Good quality filter at a reasonable price. They don't quite give these things away, but if you look closely at the filter, it's very well built. I use it as an auxiliary tank fuel filter for my diesel generator and it works fantastic with the WIX filter base. The filter size is way over the top for my use but compared to the smaller version I thought it was worth a few bucks more for the significantly larger filter media capacity.
