The best part of this software is that it can be accessed from anywhere at any time with an internet connection which makes working easier for me. I think there should have been a better user interface to make use more convenient in terms of navigation and ease of use. I love that it lets me set up recurring tasks in an easy way when entering info for them instead of creating multiple submittals or different task forms to track my time (ie). Also having reminders come through email really helps with remembering things if you have too many other thing going at one particular point-in -time.- Easy interface so anyone could figure out how quickly their progress can be tracked/notified about by others who need support etc!
