VERY very difficult to do alone, needs two people. Plus knowledge of the basics of electrical installation. I had to watch a youtube video that showed me step by step. Other than that, it's a quality item.

Someone used our fan's light switch as a rope or something and broke the switch so it stayed in the off position. This small detail fixed everything quickly and easily. Saved me from buying a new fan.

I used it to replace an almost identical switch in an overhead light. The old one was stuck when on, so it had to be replaced. Installation was easy, the hardest part was the wiring in my house.

I was concerned about this chain pusher. I was looking through some fairy lights in my closet and decided to replace the cheap switch with this one. I replaced the lace with a Shappy chain and a Dysmio pendant which gives it a bit more weight and I love the combination. I don't have to pull the cord, just pull the pendant lightly to turn the light on.
