After two days of using the attachment, the suction cup broke and everything became unusable. My phone isn't heavy at all, so there's such an excuse.

I bought another similar item that didn't last long. I gave it a try and it works great. Plenty if the suction power is on the built-in plastic disc. The mechanism works and is easy to use.

I bought it for my wife in the car and put it on the windshield. A week later, the bracket on the windshield came loose. At first I thought the suction cup came loose and she fell. But upon closer inspection, the center of the suction cup is actually cracked and broken, allowing it to fall off. I think you get what you pay for when the price is $7.99.

Unfortunately the phone holder broke after a very short use. The cheap piece of plastic between the suction cup and the device broke after a few uses, as you can see in the photos. In fact, you can see a broken bar sticking out of the phone mount. If a metal link had been used instead of a plastic link, I don't think this would have happened. This is a defective product in my opinion. Don't buy this.

I like it. I installed it on the flat part of the dashboard (in front of the top screen) of a 2015 Honda CRV. I had to put a lot of pressure on the base of the holder when attaching it to the dash. There were no instructions in the kit so I had to figure out how to set it up myself. After installing and customizing it, it was great and I use it every time I use Waze.
