Slide connector out of phone case

I needed them because I bought an endoscope whose USB-C connector didn't fit my phone due to the case I had. This slim extension is just what I needed to take the plug out of the case and plug it into my devices. Attractive finish, works as expected.

If you want to damage the charging port.

This is complete nonsense. 6 months later both of them stop working and cause constant wobbling/connecting/disconnecting to the point where I'm concerned that my charging port will be damaged if it hasn't already. As I use an Otterbox protective case and a right angle charging cable I needed this extension as otherwise the case would not allow the charger to reach the port. Worked great, I was able to connect something despite my computer case

I have a new MacBook Pro and needed a hub for all my non-Thunderbolt/USB-C compatible peripherals and cables. Unfortunately, my case wouldn't let me connect a hub, so I grabbed them and all went gold again. I needed both to connect to the specific hub I was using, and it was a surprisingly inexpensive way to keep my case on my computer and still use the hub I needed. Connect a USB-C memory stick to your phone when using the Otterbox Defender case.

From time to time, someone builds a device that does what product designers "should include" in their products. It's just such a device. It's long enough and thin enough to accommodate the USB-C port restriction hole that Otterbox places on the bottom of its Defender cases.
