Total nonsense. I've gone through 2 hoses in 2 years. One broke the handle and the other broke the hose. Do not buy Cen-Tec parts.

Had to return this hose. It fit my outlet and got power, but my powerhead didn't get power even though the connector was the same type (flush). And the cable kinks very easily. It's a very cheap thin plastic. I could handle the inflection if it worked.

This 35ft hose replaced my VacuMaid 30ft OEM hose. Like my original hose, this one will kink. The "toe" and the amps that hold it in place at each end work well. After a few weeks of use I find it works well and consider it good value for money compared to several others.

I bought this hose to replace the one that was starting to fray at the joint on my vacuum cleaner. This should be compatible with my vacuum cleaner but it is not. The plug doesn't click into place and I have to hold the plug and vacuum at the same time to vacuum the mats. The hose is constantly kinked. On the plus side, the suction works well.

Bought this hose to replace an old 20 year old plastic hose and a new complete central vacuum brush and carpet component. This hose was kinked all the time, especially at the handle. We had 6 months and I had to try to screw the handle on so there was no host kink. I wish I could get my $ back. Just bought another vacuum hose from ThinkVacuums.com, should have a better warranty and hoses. Don't buy this!

This is my second purchase from this company. The first hose had an electrical failure when switching from off mode. to turn on carpet cleaning mode and then back to hard floor mode. Hose and cuff are good. The stylus is fine, but this is my second stylus and I've encountered the same issue with both.
