This is my second purchase from this company. The first hose had an electrical failure when switching from off mode. to turn on carpet cleaning mode and then back to hard floor mode. I called and explained my problem and they immediately sent me a small replacement part with replacement instructions. Worked great. Then the hose in his throat cracked. i sealed it Taped it over and over and over again until it was beyond repair. I'm on the second hose. It didn't even last a year. I'm not picky about my technique. It was half the price of a "famous brand" hose, but still. less than a year?
