Ideal for spares

Rescuer! Somehow the disc brake retaining spring had come loose from my caliper. The springs fit my vw Rabbit 07 calipers perfectly.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Protection

R53 S JCW perfect fit (rear)

It is quite difficult to find suitable brake parts or similar for the Mini Cooper. show many options and the JCW version uses bigger brakes. These were the correct parts for the S JCW '05-'06 Mini rear brakes.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great kit built on a 2010 VW EOS

Great kit built on a 2010 VW EOS. They look just like OEM parts and installation is a breeze. I used them when installing StopTech brake rotors and pads. The old devices might still be usable, but for a small fee you can have peace of mind.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Not bad overall but...

The springs did not fit exactly like OEM

I only had to use steel springs as the rest of the parts were still in good condition. Putting those centric springs on my caliper felt wrong. They didn't fit exactly, especially where the ends had to line up with those holes/slots on the caliper body. I attributed this to a slight bend/bend in these springs. Anyway, they came in and didn't come out again, so I guess it's ok.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Frequency
