When i tried this product for my youth soccer team I was sorely disappointed in the quality .The mouth guard is flimsy and doesn`t provide adequate protection for contact sports and outdoors activities. The only upside is the affordability, but the potential risk for injury isn't worth the savings. Save your money and invest in a higher quality mouth guard..

After heating according to the instructions, the texture became hard and felt uncomfortable. It was also impossible to shape it following the instructions, although I've done that several times in my life. When I finally got it the right shape, my kid refused to use it because of the texture (which stayed weird after heating it the first time). There is nothing left but to use a different mouthpiece. Although it's a good thing.
