I like that it's easy to use and very intuitive. The interface is simple, clean and easy to understand. As well as being able to view the employee salary information in one place, I love that this program has integrated payroll, which means that all of my employees' paychecks are automatically processed and deposited into our accounts. The ease of use with regards to creating custom reports as well as setting up alerts and notifications when certain thresholds are crossed in order to be notified if you need it or not. They have also recently added additional features that makes this more appealing including automated quarterly withholding calculations. The best thing about this platform was that you could create your own profile with all of my information right from home!
