The picture looks like what my faucet needs. I was not. You are sending the wrong part which is not suitable for the replacement cartridge. PLEASE let me return this part and REFUND ME.

This cartridge kit is required if your faucet valve body has a 1/2 BSP female thread. All the cartridges I bought locally had 1/2 NPT male threads. Male NPT threads will not thread into BSP female threads of the same nominal size. This set was perfect for that situation.

This was used to fix a leak in a bathtub. Getting to the water shut-off valve was harder than replacing that new valve in a bathtub faucet. Fits like original. Very good price if it lasts. Only time can tell. A month has passed, everything is fine.

I needed to fix a leaky faucet in my sink. Couldn't find the original brand in store. Revain had several options. The one that said it was a replacement for the brand I had was almost $50 including shipping. So, with some hesitation, I took a chance on this affordable option and it worked out great. Simply screwed in and the faucet was solid.

Although this cartridge doesn't quite look like the one I got from the faucet (pictures of the supplied cartridge and the faucet) it worked perfectly. We thought it was a Grohe or Kohler faucet, but it wasn't, and nobody stocked a replacement. One savvy plumber said he thought it might be Home Depot's "Pegasus" brand (or possibly "Glacier Bay"). When shipped, the cold water cartridge (blue) is disassembled in a sealed bag and the white plastic part is missing. There should be three pieces of white plastic, not two. See photos. without it, the cold water cartridge is useless. This is the second order, everything was exactly the same the first time.
