Love it! The timer is perfect as I have a hard time finding it. Turn it on and I'm ready to go. So far I've used it on a low level and it works perfectly and I can smell it throughout the house.

It's cute and works as advertised. However, it arrived with a 1 inch piece of ceramic that had chipped off. My daughter didn't want to wait for a replacement so we kept it and she uses it. Provides a subtle fragrance - for a large bathroom or a small room.

I like the timer function. I like the look, but the shell doesn't sit securely on the top. Goes wrong, slides back and forth. I'm afraid to hit him and pour the wax into the greenhouse. Also, it melts great and the timer is very useful.

No problems so far. I bought the color sage and I really like it. I like that this heating pad has a deeper bowl. My first had a tray that was quite small and I had to be more careful with it. I love controls. When I bought my first heater, this function did not exist.

I love the design and the color (jade green), goes well with any decor. I prefer lights over candles and the timer works best, I don't have to worry about extinguishing the candles or unplugging them overnight. Candle Pies is the product for you.

I gave this device one star because it is very big and gets very hot when in use. I sent it back and didn't even add melted wax. It took up too much space on my desk and I was afraid of burning myself if I touch the outside. Also, the bulb inside is visible when it's on, and I personally didn't like the look.

Heater not hot enough to completely melt wax, even at maximum temperature. I use soy wax melts, which have a fairly low melting point. However, the on/off/timer button got warmer than it actually was when plugged in, which made me nervous. I'm sure I have a lemon. I have requested and received a refund but have not risked this model or brand again.

Although this wax warmer is very beautiful, it does not produce a strong odor. He heats the wax with a lightbulb. I don't know if it's just not hot enough or what, but my other heaters that use the hot plate method work better with the same waxes. It's perfect for a small space, like a bedroom, but if you're looking for something for a larger area I'd go for something that's heated by the hot plate method.

Overall this candle/wax warmer works perfectly. Have used it 3 times and the timer and heater settings seem to work fine. It gets pretty hot at altitude but that's good I think. My problem is that the dish doesn't exactly sit on the heat. Either the heating pad is slightly crooked or oval, or the shell is slightly uneven. I haven't analyzed it to understand what the problem is. But no matter how I twist and move the plate, it always turns out to be slanted in one direction or another. It's not…
