Half of the first set was broken. When I contacted customer service, they offered a partial refund from the gift card balance, which I agreed to. Fast forward a few days and I ended up receiving another package in the mail and not receiving a partial refund. Half broken again but hey now I have a complete set. But I wouldn't buy them again. They appear to break easily, and the wires appear dainty and fragile.

These lampholders perfectly match the five lampholders in my ceiling fan light. The existing original sockets were slightly burned from years of incandescent use to the point that two of the sockets were not working. The original sockets are attached with a slightly offset screw at the end, so after removing the bracket and twisting some new wire all my sockets worked again, just in time for five new Edison 2700k 5.5w LED bulbs.

Before the simple installation, be sure to check the two screws that hold the bracket on the ceramic for tightness. Each of me was free. Don't over tighten as the screw will hold the ceramic to the metal and can break the ceramic, but they should at least be snug. Neither of them was. They appear to have a standard threaded hole in the bracket to accept the 1/8 IP-27 threaded tube used in regular table lamps, ceiling lights and end fittings. They also have a 1/8" hole on one side.
