I waited at least an hour after showering but after showering I had painful red itchy rashes on both armpits. Having dry armpits isn't worth getting a very severe and painful rash every day. If you don't wear it one night, you'll end up with sweaty armpits. When used, dry, red, sensitive, burning, painful, itchy and irritated armpits are left behind. NOT WORTH.
