This item is super cool and we're really enjoying it. We use it for beach workouts and it needs to be plugged into a power source for you to see. So this is just an important reminder, so you know you need to plug this into a power source first and then plug your phone into it for it to work. However, it works amazingly and I highly recommend it if you want to plug in your phone and work out right from your phone or watch something on the big screen.

This is the second one I've purchased and both didn't work on my iPhone X. In both cases I got a pop up saying this accessory is incompatible or not supported . . So how do they claim to be compatible with Apple? Save your time and money and buy it from a real Apple Store. I wonder if they do this on purpose to get all your info off your phone and when you give it back to them they just download your info and sell the device on to the next buyer and do it all over again. I was pleasantly surprised that this inexpensive adapter worked so well! I bought a couple from the Apple Store for over $50 to use with my projector. About two weeks later I somehow broke the wires inside. This, although at a fraction of the cost of the original Apple adapter, is still working after 3 months! The description says it doesn't support Hulu, Netflix, etc. I have no idea about other streaming services, but it supports Hulu with no problem. I definitely recommend this adapter!
