Installs easily on my 2013 Mazda 6 and looks like a quality filter. Unfortunately, the fan is now too loud at high speeds. I'll give it some time to see if the noise goes away. If not I will replace it sooner than I had hoped.

Perfect fit! Simple instructions (for changing the filter) are available on the Fram website. Smells good (at least new out of the box). 20-30% cheaper than I could get locally. Arrived within the promised time frame and was properly packaged. Fram usually make pretty good products and I would recommend these cabin filters. I have a Mazda 6 2009 (4 cyl.)

Filter perfect for 2011 Mazda 6. It eliminated the smell from my car caused by my old dirty filter. This filter is slightly thicker than the factory filter. Airflow out of my vents is slightly less (nothing noticeable unless that's what you're looking for). A small downside is that the heater/AC now makes a slight whirring noise, probably because it's thicker. Invisible at lower levels, but once it kicks in you can hear it.

Arguably the best cabin air filter ever. You can hold it and pretty much tell. A bit heavy as it is treated with odor absorbing material, but perfect for Mazda6 2010 (should fit Mazda6 from 2009 to 2013 as they all have the same cabin air filter design). This filter seems worthy and I will take it again. It's heavy compared to other filters, so you know there's more material in it to suck up anything you don't want to inhale. volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the outgassing of plastics in the interior. Rubber, foam, etc. are less harmful to health. (Yes, even if you can't smell them, they're probably there in some quantity. And when you do, it's called "new car smell".)
