Chaco Point Men's Tegu Sandal Review

The product does not do justice to the main task of staying on the leg while walking. In addition, the straps become tighter and tighter with every step. I walked about the tenth 1/10 mile and the straps completely choked my toes. I reset the straps and tried again with the same results. Besides, it just hurts. Returned.

The main reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because the soles are no longer Vibram Forever Resolable shoes like they were when the company started. This is a VERY disappointing downgrade made by the company for their amazing shoe and I couldn't be more disappointed.

I bought these for my husband for his birthday and he loves them. Neither of us have had chacos before, but he really likes them. He hasn't worn them for long hikes or anything, but so far he hasn't complained. He doesn't like strappy sandals so they're perfect.

These sandals are great. They fit as expected and I didn't notice any loosening in the straps that other reviewers have mentioned. While they don't look like the discontinued hipthong sandals, they fit great and I love the open back chacos sandals.

Love her. Would have bought Chaco Hipthong but couldn't find it and assumed they were no longer made. I would put 5, but compared to hipthong - 4. The attachment between the thumb and the nearest finger is not as convenient as hipthong.

Not as comfortable as my hip thongs. The adjustable straps take some getting used to. I hope that once they break they fall better.

I didn't particularly like these. The foot pocket was good but hard and heavy. The belts were the worst. The part at the top of my foot kept tightening the strap on my toes, causing my toes to smash and the top to dangle. They just didn't feel comfortable and my goodness they were rude. For what they are, buy a brand.

The sole is too stiff for no strap on the back. To maintain it while walking, I constantly bend my toes down. When I tighten the straps to avoid this, it becomes uncomfortable very quickly. But in any case, the straps loosen after about 30 steps. Hand back.

I needed a slip on sandal to take home with good arch support and it is perfect. I love Chaco and that was all I needed. once you get the straps right this is the best sandal out there. I have bad bunions on my feet. this sandal id bunion friendly!.

First let me say that I have been wearing chaxo sandals for many years and love them. No breaks, no blisters. LOVE HER. This style requires more attention to the strap material. It took me 3 months to wear my second toe without a bandage.

My bare feet love being in these chacos! The only drawback are the loops on the fingers between the thumb and middle finger, which take some getting used to. Otherwise, I love the lack of a strap at the back and the ability to easily slip it on and off! If you like chacos, you need them for your collection!

I ordered sandals thinking they had a wrap around strap on the back of her ankle. They don't really exist. These sandals are pretty stylish but just not for me. If you like flip flop style with a little more support, this is your choice.

We love Chaco! It is in order. But in the toe area they are more like regular flip flops. But they're probably perfect for those who don't like the regular Chaco sock. We sent them back.

I really like these shoes! Once I adjusted the straps for my comfort and fit, they were perfect! I like that they are much easier to put on as there is no ankle strap. Because the straps go around the thumb and over the rest of the toes, the sandals don't slip off when you walk. My new favorite pair of shoes!

It was a birthday present for my 14 year old grandson. He has worn them every day since the day he got them and loves them very much. He even sent a handwritten thank you card!

This would be my second pair of chacos (I use men as I have a wide 3E foot). This foot fits in every way BUT the strap at the top of the foot is too short for my foot. I will be swapping them out for the same ones I have, but I was a bit sad because I wanted a new style. I use them in my hiking boots as I have a heel deformity that makes it almost impossible to wear regular hiking boots.
