Love the colors. I am a nursing home resident (Good Samaritan, Evansville, Indiana). My assistant gave me a mohawk cut and dyed it about once a week. It makes me and the people around me smile. This is exactly the kind of entertainment I need after an ischemic stroke.

Fair warning: we're all light blonde here. I get nice color in my hair, kids do it. It's easy to use, comes out clean, and has a wide range of colors, you know, so you can match your hairstyle to your outfit. With a make-up bag, children feel like adults.

My 5 year old daughter wanted to dye her hair and I didn't want to allow her to use regular dyes so we found these. It is great! You need to get your hair wet for it to show off well on dark hair. Even when wet, some darker colors take a little longer to develop. But overall a great product!

I found most non-bright colors didn't show up on my brunette daughter. For example, the electric blue was almost invisible. Lighter colors (turquoise, pink) were more visible but not bright. Worked better on my blonde hair. The texture of the crayon is like wax or maybe mild soap. Since the instructions say to heat with an iron, I expected it to be less sticky when hot. My son was Chucky for Halloween this year and I wanted to make his hair orange. They worked great without putting any harmful chemicals on his hair, we did dark brown curly hair the only thing I thought was it would be less messy since it's chalk pens but my hands weren't quite orange, when I finished his hair but washes out with no problem. The bag is a nice bonus. I would definitely buy again.

It's great. Work well! The colors really come into their own. They make the hair a little sticky. We expected that, although it didn't bother us. My 3 year old wants to use them every day!
