So many ideas for uses! Best in Pens and Markers

My daughter gave me a very cool wall hanger that we write in small circles with the names of birthdays and hang them for the months they were born. She gave me some blank circles but there was nothing to write on. I ordered this chalk marker and it's perfect! I can easily write names and dates of birth on wooden disks. The tip is thin enough to make the wording clear. My next assignment is Christmas. I always get Christmas cards with dark envelopes that are difficult to write addresses on. This

I use these chalk pens to mark the contents of the pantry that I keep in jars. The great notes mean I can write things like cooking times, pancake recipes, etc. on the labels instead of just writing the name of what's in the jar like you can with larger items. Doesn't completely erase, leaves a shadow

I bought this product to write on labels on storage containers with chalk. This is a smaller pen but it is well explained in the listing. I compared this pen to the one that came with my labels (another brand) and this pen was slightly lighter in ink although nothing deserves a lower rating. The downside of this product is that it doesn't wash/erase completely. I tried to erase what I wrote with this pen with just water and a paper towel. Be careful! This pen is NOT suitable for a blackboard!

Attention! This pen is NOT suitable for regular blackboards. I'm not sure why the sellers aren't more specific about this. I used this on a Pottery Barn chalkboard tile and it doesn't wash off completely. If you read the product description it says it will "rub off" on non-porous surfaces. Obviously they expect the average consumer to know that regular slate is porous. Well I guess I've been updated now. It ruined my board. I love this little pen! I got it to mark my herb garden and to help organize my kitchen and craft room. It's a small pen, but I've done a few projects and have plenty of ink left to do more.
