I have read many reviews about this shirt. Most people said that if they wear a regular sized dress, it fits them in a size larger than average. I'm 5 years old, 155 pounds and usually wear a large size. I initially ordered a medium shirt and it was pretty good right out of the bag. I work as a landscaper in New Jersey and walk an average of 20 miles in a 9 hour day. I also sweat a lot and these shirts wick moisture well and dry fairly quickly. I ordered this shirt in a large and a medium size for my two sons. I ordered a size up from their regular t-shirt size to give them enough room to train and grow. If you would like a slimmer fit, please order your actual size. The navy was a true navy and the shirt was long enough to tuck in and not come out when moving. The shirt has a dry fit and a good weight - not flimsy. This is a quality shirt for the price. Would order again.

Well done. all seams are intact. colors as described. Easy to turn on and off. The neck doesn't sag. Feels soft against the skin. I use mine for lawn mowing and gardening in 90 degree weather with a dew point in the 60's. Surprisingly cool. The breeze easily passes through the fabric. I wash in cold water and tumble dry at normal temperature. They wash very well. I have a 33-34" shirt sleeve, 71" height and 189# weight. Size L fits perfectly.
