They are light weight and I find them to be a generous fit. I'm 5ft 2" and usually wear size 8-10 pants. I was between ordering the Medium or Large and glad I went with the Medium. The photo shows that they sit freely and are very comfortable to walk on.

My favorite, most comfortable shorts! They're a little shorter, but I'd wear them if I had to. I came back and bought them in 4 colors and wore them for pajama shorts. So comfortable and such a great price. Highly recommended! :-)

The shorts are very comfortable, perfect length, with a 5 inch inseam, nothing is visible at the back. I'm about 5'5" and 165 pounds and the large ones are a little loose but the drawstring draws them into a perfect fit. The elastic at the waist would probably make it too tight. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my third pair of these shorts and that should tell you how much I love them! The only thing they lack are pockets; otherwise they are perfect. I'm 5ft 9in, size 12 or 14 (42-33-42) and I take her size XXL because I can't stand tight clothes. stretchy, they don't fall off or slide down, and they're a good length (I never have to tighten them). this (and has been many times). Exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a pair of shorts with a 5 inch inseam that would be loose fitting and easy to move in. I was concerned that the inseam would be too short and the waistband would be too tight and uncomfortable. in shorts and the inseam is too short or the leg is too tight and the legs are pulled up.
