This is a very good controller, I have used many expensive ones like the Outback and this one is much better. The metal case is very heavy and well made. The circuit boards inside are very professional, nice and clean. I run 2 of them and they both work great together. All in all very easy to set up. Edit Sep 6th The device still works great. If the Wi-Fi app was a little better, I would buy a different one (although the cost of their Wi-Fi box is quite high). The support service told me that the device works with the Modbus Rs485 protocol, but I didn't have time to play around with it much. Just make sure you are driving a DC load with a maximum current of around 10A and use a high rated SSR/contactor to actually drive your load. The new device seems to work great.
