This is scrap. I've had it since June 16th, here I am 2 weeks later and it won't work. It does not look like the picture, it is the original cable. This is a very cheap fake. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

This is not the same product as in the picture. I am disgusted with the service from this seller. I had to go through TWO return processes! It is not suitable for the GPS mount on the windshield. I don't understand why Amazon doesn't address this issue. I have a Magellan 5045lm GPS and it's not the charger that came with the original. Don't waste your time with this product.

Perfect fit and replaces this unit. Not to mention it was delivered efficiently. However, my main problem lies in the manufacture of this adapter. It doesn't fit the GPS unit itself exactly. So that's why the pin in the original adapter broke. If the adapter fitted snugly in the GPS box and was easier to store away when not in use, this would be a much better product. Can this adapter be made to be a snug fit and be a retractable cord?

The picture shown on Revain is actually the original connection configuration for my GPS. It has a proper connector housing that fits properly and securely into the windshield GPS mount. What I got is different. although it is electrically connected and powers the GPS, the connector housing is incorrect and it does not fit snugly into the original GPS windshield mount. I need to attach it around the GPS mount and hope it stays connected with velcro etc. It's not enough to justify the time it…

I bought one from Revain. Apparently it was resealed and had a broken cord inside the jacket. If you hold it correctly it will work, otherwise the device will not be powered. I accidentally bought the same device (out of stock) and plugged it in and it worked 100% right away and didn't give me any problems. for the weeks I've been using it. The product I received does not match the photo. The connector on the end does not fit the Magellan Roadmate 2035 mount and therefore I cannot easily remove the GPS unit like I could with the OEM cable. I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering as the seller seems to know this is the case and SEND THE WRONG one anyway. I would like Revain to track down such complaints and stop such vendors. This is actually an OEM. Many of us know this when you use your GPS regularly and hide it in the glove compartment or somewhere else; The power cord tends to break at key connection points. Some of us tend to wrap the cable around the storage device. This is my second GPS model that has had a power adapter replaced as it will not charge the device.
