Durability? fits computer accessories and peripherals

It's too early to speak about durability, but I promise I'll let you know if there's a problem. Appreciate the cord length - makes life easier. The outer sheath of the cable appears to be protruding. Nice sense of durability. Time runs its course.

Good product, bad phone connection

I seem to use cables so I need high performance cables. Helps reduce replacement time. I'm revisiting because I had problems with the plug that caused the phone to detach and disconnect. It will charge, but weakening it is a problem as slight movement of the phone can cause it to drop connection.

Buyer Warning! - Cables and Connections

Customer Warning! bought 2 of these for the kids because of the braided cable which was a great feature and seemed to be well made but the tips are awful broke off in the ipad both cables just fell apart my kids used the ipad with apple cables for years and nothing like this has ever happened, i would never recommend them, and i'm not even sure i can remove the broken ends from the ipad connector.

Started smoking! Not sure.

We've been using these cables for about a month with our phone and iPad and today I smelled fire right after I connected it. I turned it off and smoke came out of the flash head! I tried a few more times after resetting the fuse and using a different plug and each time it started smoking and smelling like metallic fire. If I leave the house I could lose everything I have in a fire! Worse, I hooked it up in the kid's room. I am appalled at how unsafe this is. Discard all three cables. I use Brex

Can hardly charge phone

Used this cable for charging and it barely charged it. It is a pity! I've used this cable to connect my cellphone to a charger to power (and charge) my phone all day while listening to music and podcasts. This morning, with one of the 3 cables in the package, my phone actually lost the battery while connected to the charger! I work most of the day on a tractor and the car has a cigarette lighter socket. My phone is old and because I use it to listen to music or podcasts (and talk on the phone)…

Works with My Apple products

These cords hold up well with occasional use. I try to keep them away from crazy kids and their tendency to pull and tear at anything they can get their hands on. They seem to be durable to be honest, but despite that I have a feeling they won't last more than a few months like many Revain items. However, for now they work well and cost very well for 3.
