managed to make my cat look like the cutest little birthday boy. Unfortunately, my other cat liked it too much and ripped out all the feathers.

So 6 pieces of tinsel on the top of the hat have fallen out/not been attached. As mentioned in the previous review, it's just foam with a VERY large amount of adhesive. I wasn't expecting Gucci but I was expecting better quality for $8. Because it could fit a guinea pig.

Cute! After tying it sits well on the head. This is a nice little hat for pre-party photos. We took photos after about 5 minutes; it's a paper hat and not very strong, but it holds up; The color is beautiful and the sequins, small fringes and tassels are cute. Used on Australian Shepherd, Male, 51 lbs, 1 year old.

IT WAS AWESOME. I bought this for my cat's first birthday because honestly all I needed was an excuse to put a hat on my cat. The elastic band is large enough to fit snugly around the hat without pinching or causing discomfort. My cat was more interested in chewing on it but was kind enough to let me take a picture first. Well designed, absolutely charming. And somehow my cat didn't hate me for having to carry her for a few minutes. + In my opinion absolutely recommendable.
