Despite the fact that the description says they have designed and manufactured a stainless steel sheet that does not warp, it does warp - a lot! We use them a lot (I bought a double pack) for baking french fries, Tator Tots, chicken thighs, etc. and when they heat up - pretty much anything over 375 degrees - they warp badly.
