I've used these quarters so much I've bought more. They are about twice as heavy as I expected. They're great for a small pot of potatoes, toasting a chicken patty, and baking half a dozen cookies. They're also the perfect size for an all-purpose tray - when I'm frying I put all my utensils on before I head outside, and when I get to the table with lots of dressings, oils or sauces I use them to toss things up to transport on a trip. I'm surprised by the criticism. I don't really expect my pans to be pristine, and although they warp at 450, they snap back into place. I don't know of any sheet with an edge that would not warp at high temperatures.
