I didn't like this knife, the blade bends when trying to cut food leaving only room for small items. Most of what you want needs to be cut in half before using the food slicer. i got mine back

Replaces the old cheese cutter. It's such an improvement, big, easy to clean, replacement of extra wires, lines to keep slices even, extra space in cutting area to keep slices off counter. love it

The stainless steel cheese cutter was received on time as promised. The food slicer appears to be a well made product that is easy to clean. It includes extra wires for the cutter. I recommend this product.

Good, convenient food slicer. The only downside is that it doesn't have a rib or clip along the back to hold the cheese so it doesn't move when you cut it. A slicer I had years ago had one and it helped hold the cheese in one place so it could be sliced without moving.

I like stainless steel, it's clean and hygienic. This is definitely for home use as I bought it for restaurant use and the weld broke in the handle. Lines and numbers to measure the cut made. Even a slight breeze but I missed the return window for a day I think I only have $20 🤷🏻‍♀️

I liked that it's made of stainless steel, easy to clean and is marked with squares so you can cut the cheese into small pieces when making a cheese board. Also, plenty of cutting wires are supplied in case one of them might break over time. I wish it was a little heavier though. It's also small, so it doesn't take up much closet space, and it's easy to carry when you take it with you.

Three stars because the wire slides everywhere and you can't get a decent clean cut unless you're very slow/focused...qualities I don't have. It's also SUPER SMALL. I made the mistake of not reading the measurements. You should make them more visible. If they made it longer/wider I would be better off. Although most cheeses are very easy to cut and peel. I was making a cheese board and was hoping for more control/flatness that I had, but it wasn't enough.

So far this has worked great. I usually have to cut 2 pound blocks of mozzarella and cheddar. This slicer went through many pounds of cheese and the first wire didn't break. Usually used weekly. I also cut sticks out of it. I'm very impressed with it and I'm glad I got it. It takes some practice to get more even slices, but it's a lot better than trying to use a knife to cut blocks of cheese.

If you're thinking of buying this or marble, get a marble planer. I have a Nordpro marble cutter but can't find any spare wires. The new wires are 5.75 inches long, but the older cutting machines use 5 inch wire. I bought this metal planer as a replacement. Not impressed. He is light. It's easy to clean. This little thing reminds me of the big paper cutters at school. That's why I bought it. I made cheese sticks wrapped in wontons. They are actually sticks of cheese wrapped in an egg roll. I was able to cut down a 3 pound block of whole milk mozzarella with this little genius product. And that's easy. I love the fact that it's stainless steel, but it has dimensions engraved on it.
