This little thing reminds me of the big paper cutters at school. That's why I bought it. I made cheese sticks wrapped in wontons. They are actually sticks of cheese wrapped in an egg roll. I was able to cut down a 3 pound block of whole milk mozzarella with this little genius product. And that's easy. I love the fact that it's stainless steel, but it has dimensions engraved on it. My only downside, which isn't really a negative but rather constructive, is the presence of imperial sizes. But I am learning more and more to use the metric in case I travel. By the way, the cheese sticks turned out great - very, very tasty.
