Chef Craft Select Stainless Steel Grater, 5 x 11 inch, Single Piece, White Review

I bought this grater to replace a similar grater I had for many years and the frame on it has snapped. Although he was probably in his 20s. I hope to use it for many years to come. Works well, easy to clean.

I should have spent a few bucks more for a better grater. The metal is too thin and will bend when you press on it, causing mismatch. The ones I had before lasted decades and worked well. I suspect that after a few uses this one goes in the trash too.

The rubber base prevents this heater from slipping and makes it easy to use. This product is a fresh Turmeric Ginger Garlic Rub for my bone broth! It also shreds chunks of cheese with ease. Thanks to its size and shape, it can be easily stored in any drawer, it is not as bulky as a normal grater - great if you live in a small space!

Like most of us I'm used to the four sided style. In fact, I've only used one or two of them. This grater is the perfect complement to my mandolin that I use for veggies. Most of my cheese grids work great with it. For example, I grind mozza and this is just perfect for that. I put it on a bowl and work. My previous 4-page sheet; I don't think that will ever happen.
