The strength and additional resistance to corrosion of the blade are given by linings made of tough and durable AUS-2 steel. It is made of corrosion-resistant steel, which is framed by protective pads made of non-rotting plastic. We do not recommend washing in the dishwasher. Kitchen knives are for kitchen use only.

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I'll amass a collection of Japanese knives for a new kitchen because I believe it is better to buy a high-quality knife only once, even if it isn't inexpensive, but for a long time because using a Japanese knife is an experience that cannot be adequately explained.

  • I can't express how happy I am because it feels like the knife is cutting itself while it does so. The perfect knife is in your hand; it has a smooth, cozy handle.
