Very firm individual cakes with soft edges just lay there, everyone seems to like it. No more fights for edges and corner cakes! Put it in the dishwasher and it will come out clean. My family was very happy - a real challenge!

I love this brownie shape! It is durable and easy to clean. I've made brownies four times in the last month and haven't used any oil or spray. Cakes come out easily every time. Be sure to let the brownies cool as directed, and use a heat-safe rubber spatula to loosen the edges of the brownies so you don't scratch the pan.

These were the only pans I saw that had what I was looking for. The cavities for cupcakes or whatever you're baking are shallow and the molds fit comfortably in the toaster. Yes ! A pleasant surprise for me was that they are designed to withstand heavy use and do not deform like cheap ones. This is a great deal and I will keep an eye out for this brand when purchasing related products.

I hate making cakes because they tend to underbake in the middle and overbake the edges and are quite difficult to cut. But my husband loves them! I used this pan for the first time and it is amazing! The brownies cooked evenly and popped right out of the pan without using a cooking spray or anything. Cleaning was a breeze too! Love it!

Can't tell how well this will hold up over time but right now I'm in love with these pans. I've used them for mini cakes and the pastries were great and I probably didn't even have to cover the pan. I didn't cover the second batch and they all turned out like a dream anyway! Cleaning was also a breeze. I will babysit this pan to make sure it lasts as long as possible! So far it's a great product! A great pan for corn muffins, cookies or buns, muffins, etc.

I got it in the mail today and used it right away. I wanted to see if it really wasn't a stick, so I didn't use cooking spray. Guess what? The brownies were not sticky at all. It really doesn't stick. The only thing I did wrong was grabbing my metal cake lifter to pull them out and scratched it in a couple of places so make sure you use plastic or wooden utensils or just flip the cakes. There was no indication of a bake time so I baked the brownie mix at 350 for 30 minutes and they came out…

This is fantastic for cakes! We could only make half a batch per pot so I finally broke down and bought a second one so we could cook them all at once. I was concerned about how the pan would hold up, especially with all the protrusions on the rims of the cups, but so far everything has been great and perfectly clean every time. Bought for myself first. I make the best brownies and the difference from what used to be a 13 x 9 pan is nowhere near. Each of these individual brownies, prepared in this Chefmade Brownie Pan, have the perfect texture and portion size. Very good quality frying pan, with non-stick coating, easy to clean.
