Bought for myself first. I make the best brownies and the difference from what used to be a 13 x 9 pan is nowhere near. Each of these individual brownies, prepared in this Chefmade Brownie Pan, have the perfect texture and portion size. Very good quality frying pan, with non-stick coating, easy to clean. My daughter in law wanted one and so did my daughter. So I ordered 3 more - one for each of them as Christmas gifts and then another to save for a future gift to someone should the need arise. Yes, it's a brownie pan, but the difference in quality of the baked brownies is worth the purchase. I can try baking chocolate chip cookies to see how it turns out in this pan, as well as small individual cakes. FYI - I've learned that you don't adjust the bake time from what's recommended for a 13 x 9 pan. For me, the easiest way to remove brownies is with a plastic knife going down the sides. I also use a very small spatula. Again, cleaning is easy and I hand wash the pan to ensure it lasts for years. I highly recommend it and my purchase of 3 more after the first purchase speaks for itself.
