Pretty Pan: Kitchen & Dining

A well-made heavy pan and the non-stick coating on the grate are a nice professional touch. I've cooked BBQ chicken in the oven, it came out perfect, and the brown sugar baked BBQ sauce came out instantly with soap, water and a soft sponge. Everyone needs a good frying pan and I recommend this frying pan to everyone.

Not worth the money

I bought this item for crafting. But after reading the reviews, I decided to try the oven in it at the advertised maximum temperature. After one use, the color of the pan changed. Like red-pink. I'm afraid to reuse. So I threw away the pan. I hate that I wasted my money. Please don't buy this. Look for something better quality. So disappointed. The stand actually survived, so I kept it. It holds up well in my personal skillet.

Outstanding customer support

I bought a Chefmade griddle pan for roasting chicken and pork in the oven. I'm writing this review now to thank Chefmade for the great technical support I received recently when the frying pan I received had a dent. They explained that I could keep using the dented pan because the dent didn't break through the pan's coating. They were professional and very patient with me while they worked to send me a new pan! Thank you Chefmade! Now I will be Chefmade customer forever.
