    Non-working thermostat

    Ordered two of these. One of them has a broken thermostat. You turn on the weak and it heats up as best it can and doesn't turn off. Also, the handle doesn't sit in the off position like the others.

    The bowls worked great. Trays kept 8 different snacks warm.

    Bought two heated trays for a large appetizer. The bowls worked great. The trays kept 8 different snacks warm for 3 hours. Friends were impressed and will buy a tray for future parties.

    Crashed in less than an hour

    I loved the heated tray. I took it out of the box and checked the temperature settings when it arrived and found everything was in perfect working order. After a week I used it and in less than an hour of use the top broke. Luckily nobody was hurt.

    Plenty of space to heat up and it works!

    I love this heating pad. I've had another smaller heating pad from another brand but this one is much better, with 2 heat settings, low and medium, and has plenty of space. I place a very large baking tray on top with 24 pot pies (attached is a photo covering the warming tray but to give you an idea of the space and how it keeps the pies warm). It also looks stylish with a black glass top. .

    I love this heat tray!

    Used this warming pattern for prom. It worked great! This keeps the food nice and warm without fear of burning. One tip, turn it on to start, then lower the temperature to warm up. Otherwise it may take some time for the tray to reach the desired temperature. I placed the tray on a tempered glass cutting board for added protection during use as it was placed on a table covered with a plastic tablecloth.

    As a professional chef, I have researched long and hard and have come to the conclusion that this is the best professional quality. I have purchased (4) of these heaters and they work great. This model comes with a variable temperature on/off thermostatic control. The glass plates are of high quality and easy to clean. The size is perfect for a full size disposable aluminum pan. Look no further if you want a quality product from a reputable manufacturer.

    Why don't you recommend using it on concrete

    I used my heater the day after it was delivered when we hosted a housewarming party for over 50 people. It worked exactly as I had hoped. The instructions said concrete was not thermally safe and my meters are concrete. I was worried so I tested it in my garage first and didn't see any problems. I chose to use it on my new concrete countertops and after 3 hours of running on medium there were no issues. Why don't you recommend using it on concrete? Also, there was no marking on the knob to set…
