I like the unusual design, I would buy more despite the shortcomings. Actually I will order a round shape. The size seems perfect to me (about 3.75 inches to the top of the liquid line; 7 inches to the top of the cork; 3.5 inches in diameter at the base). I bought all three: a 30 ounce Chef's Planet oil pen, an 8 ounce Chef's Planet glass slide and a 5 ounce Chef's Planet glassware . Cool. After I filled it (vegetable oil, olive oil, and sesame oil respectively) and set it on the counter, my husband walked in and said it looked like it was meant to be in a lab.
