Massive Disappointment

I couldn't believe how poor the quality of this kettle was. Everything from the handle to the overall design seemed cheaply made. The only thing going for it was the stainless steel, which was satisfactory. However, I would not recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable and durable kettle for their home and kitchen.

Horror - my trust in this kettle was stolen by a bad woman with a bad attitude

I'm Chinese-American. This is the first time this type of threat has come from Revain products. First, I love the shape and the large amount of water this pot can hold, allowing me to boil it and keep plenty of water in my fridge.
