The plastic foil does not detach from the clay bar!

The plastic film doesn't come off the clay stick, it just stretches with, . Like he melted in a bar. Sticks of clay were stuck to every tiny piece that came loose. It's just a few useless little parts that still have plastic on them.

  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Not bad

Works well: Car Care

Removed quite a lot of particles from my car's paintwork. I only broke off a quarter of a piece of clay to make the whole machine. A lot of clay remains. The liquid works fine. When the bottle is empty, just add more water. I drank 3/4 of the bottle in the car, then filled up. Wear gloves or you will end up with bad hands.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Negative Gift

I spent a lot of time removing the plastic wrap from a heavy CG clay bar but eventually gave up and was only able to use half of the available clay as the other half was left covered in plastic film. Either bad design or old product. I'd rather not do tricks like soaking in hot water etc to unwrap the stuff. I will look elsewhere in the future. Disappointing.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not the best

Better than other clay bars I've used over the past 20 years.

Like all other Chemical products, it does what it says on the tin. What I can say specifically about this kit is that the tone itself is simply better compared to Meguires and others I've used in the past due to the stickiness of the product itself. I guess the best way to describe this would be a mix of clay and gum, which would make collecting particles much more efficient and faster, cutting the clay time in half in my case. So would I recommend? YES SIR.

First time using Clay Bar, amazing results

I have a "retro bird" (Thunderbird) which, like any vehicle over the years, has suffered from a number of scratches in the clear coat, discoloration and lack of shine. A personal friend of mine has detailed it several times over the last 12 years, but the color really needed a serious "upgrade". I started watching some YouTube videos with instructions on how to stop recovery automatically. I learned how to repair clear coat scratches (with sandpaper, no less), how to use polishing paste to…
