Today package arrived on time. This is a 4th stool I ordered. 3 previous were brand new and only one damaged. This time package didn't look the same and had lose screws inside the package. Package wasn't factory sealed. I opened the package to to check the parts. Unfortunately that was previously used and parts were broken. All parts were repackaged sue used before. I requested exchange due need to have set of 4 stools. I'm hoping that this time amazon will send me unused stool and not damaged…

Purchased them for my bar in the basement. If it was for everyday use I might upgrade to something of higher quality but for part time use they work great. They are not built poorly just not the same quality as a $200-$300 stool. I'm very happy with the purchase and would purchase them again for part time use.

I bought this stool because of inability to stand for long periods of time. I use this stool in the kitchen while preparing meals and other kitchen duties. It takes a little getting used to with the back rest. At 29 inches you have to pull your self up and hang onto the back . For what I needed this stool fits the bill. We love love love this chair. It is more beautiful in person than online. I weigh 257 and it hold me for hours on end without no squeeking or wobbling. The lattice design in the back support is so beautiful and creative. I am trying to find a reason to order more.

Was hesitant because the price was so low. Home Depot has them for $150. Still the looks grabbed me because I have dark cherrywood floors and light oak cabinetry. After they came and my handyman assembled them, I could hardly believe my eyes. All of the hardware was top notch. Needless to say I am very happy. I put iron ones at my ranch and they cost $1,200 each And do not do any better.

Extremely nice, heavy stools. Beautiful looking and easy to assemble. Very pleased with purchase. One chair did have two inserts missing on one leg (for the machine screws). I called the manufacturer, and they had no problem fixing the issue, but I changed my mind and went to HD, because I wanted that stool now since they look so good in my kitchen!😁

We searched many places and finally decided to take a chance. The service was exceptional.the covering on the first seat was marred when we opened the box. We'd purchased four and decided to check them all out before doing anything about it. The others were perfect. We called the number on the insert sheet and were immediately taken care of. These turned out great as a match for my kitchen. Only problem during construction is the instructions have incorrect numbers for parts on a few of the initial drawings- part numbers for screws and washers are labelled wrong on the drawings, and it took awhile to figure out the correct parts they were indicating, a screw and washer, not 2 screws! However, once assembled, they look great and feel sturdy.

We have eight of these chairs: four at the kitchen island; four at the bar. They are beautiful, sturdy, and functional. They do require some assembly, but by number eight, this goes pretty quickly ;-) .

Once we got these built, my husband sat in then and could not turn because the seat was hitting the base. He is 220 pounds and the swivels are so thin they just bend. I love the chair, so he replaced the swivels with much stronger version from revain at an additional $40!

We bought 3. No color variation at all. These are really nice and easy to assemble. They look and feel far more expensive than they were. Be sure to keep the legs level while assembling to keep them from rocking.

I really like them, my wife likes them as well. We have had them for about 2 months now. They are well made and easy to put together. I would recommend them.

Product is very nice looking and heavy so no tipping over. However the leather seat has begun to crack around the edges, and the lattice on the back of the seat pops out frequently. My husband loves the height of both the chair, the sat and the back while I would have preferred the back to be a little bit taller.

I purchased this through the warehouse and though it did have damage to it, I'm not going to complain since it was $15 instead of the original price.I got this chair for use in my workshop and I am extremely pleased with it. It is sturdy and just the right height for me to work at my work bench without having to lean down (slightly shorter than your regular barstool).
