The dealer charged over $250 to replace them with a 2007 Yukon XL. Installation took less than 5 minutes including time to pry out the damaged ones with a screwdriver. This is the easiest DIY car repair I've ever experienced!

This part fits my 2009 Avalanche. I was able to replace the old one by prying it out with a large screwdriver. Tight location but I was able to remove and install the truck without lifting the truck or removing a tire. A pry bar to press down on the rim provided a good fit. Just a couple of minutes each side.

They are shown as a replacement part for GM 15039397 but are approximately 1" shorter than the factory fenders. If you regularly load your truck heavily, these are not what you want as they will cause the rear suspension to move further than it should. This can damage the suspension parts.

If you are purchasing these please note that these are non GM parts. According to the description, the "replacement" is GM Part No. 15039397. I think this is bad, but I feel a little mislead. They are clearly marked CHINA. I've had mediocre experiences with Chinese parts in the past. They LOOK just like the originals and fit well, but only time will tell if they hold up. I put them in because I just wanted to get the truck out of the garage and onto the road.
