update some people say their links fall off easily because they are too open, i just noticed that these links can be put. You can pinch the ends a little and when you let go they close without a gap. So if you have this problem, try pinching them. My 7 month old loves to chew on these things. i like colors

These silicone links are just what I was looking for. I didn't want to buy plastic (including BPA-free plastic) for safety reasons. These silicone links get the job done and are safer. They are slightly open at the ends but you can adjust the gap to close the gap as the material is quite flexible. I use these links to attach the Como Tomo silicone chair to my child's carrier and stroller.
