Disappointing Curler for Beauty Needs

This curler failed to deliver on its promises for creating beautiful curls. While it is easy to use, THE curls are lackluster and quickly fall out. The only positive is that it heats up quickly .Unfortunately the cons outweigh any pros for this styling tool. Save your money and invest in a better curling iron..

Fast and convenient, love it

I've read a lot of reviews on here and I'm amused by what people think of the "cons" of this product. I've been a hairstylist for 14 years and I want to tell you that Chi products have never let me down. This is sooo much better than any other automatic hair curler from Conair to Babybliss. I like that the scalp cannot be burned and the curls are so soft. The only downside I see with this product is that you can't get to the roots.
