Although they make a good pair of flats (sole and leather), the straps are not stretchy. Ballet flats are extremely difficult to tighten and tie properly, and the laces are incredibly short. I will not buy this product again.

According to the dance teacher who measured them, 10 should have worked but was too big. About 3 sizes bigger. But the construction and the look of the shoes were good.

Those shoes were weird. They were left crumpled due to the packaging of the entire tape. A year later, still shriveled like a giant pink raisin. They also fit oddly, just very loosely around the foot and not like a sock. They can be pulled a little tighter, but the thread used for this is not stretchy enough, not long enough, or easy to tie. At all! I do not recommend this.

I am buying for my daughter for the second time. They fit well and are true to size. There are no laces, which is a big plus as you have to keep tying them. For an average leg width, they should be perfect. Very comfortable as I have never seen any sign of them cutting my daughter's feet or any complaints from her. Plus, they're easily cleaned with warm soapy water and a rag, and we were able to end the year of dancing in a decent-looking pair of shoes. Highly recommended!

They were really good ballerinas, I ordered them half a size down and they were still too big for me. I am sending them back to exchange for another size smaller. I didn't use them, just they were long enough to try on the size.

Don't waste money on them. I'm a solid US size 10 and ordered a size 9 knowing flats tend to run large. They are at least a size and a half too big and unwearable. Leather is cheap. All in all, definitely not worth it. Save money and buy Capezio.

Firstly, the product arrived in the mail completely crumpled, as if it had been moved several times. It was a gift so I couldn't even picture it in the packaging. Second, this product was very large and did not fit true to size. This was before dressing and stretching the skin. Disappointing.

These are good ballerinas, but they are not of very good quality. They also come in a pen-sized box and flattened. These shoes fit just as I expected them to. My little girl loved them. They are very good quality and a very good value!.

There was a chart explaining which dance shoe size to choose based on your shoe size. I followed the chart, but the dancing shoes I received are too big.

I am now ordering a third order for these flats, my daughter wears a size 6 street shoe and now I am ordering a size 4 to see if they fit. I'm glad they have free returns otherwise I wouldn't recommend ordering them.

The picture shown is ballet flats without laces, which is what I was looking for because the laces were untied many times at every dance class, and when ballet shoes came out they had the same tie as most other ballet shoes I'd been trying to avoid.

I received the Capezio canvas shoes, not the leather shoes. I ordered a size 9.5 as suggested by another reviewer who suggested they were large. I normally wear a size 11. They were so painfully tight I could only wear them for ten minutes before having to take them off.

The shoes are very large - even using the measuring guide I'm on the second pair to return - love the brand and wish there was a better way to find the right fit - 2 more sizes per order!

They appear microscopic when you first take them out of the box. At first they seemed so small that I wanted to send them back. Compared to my kid's tennis shoes, the slippers felt 3/4 smaller! However, my husband convinced me to just try them and they ended up being a good fit. My 3 year old wears a size 8 and I ordered an 8.5.

The picture shows shoes without laces. We ordered these for our 3 year old ballet class and it specifically says 'slippers'. The shoes have arrived and they have laces on their faces. Your customer service is very bad. You must change it to the correct image.

I ordered a size 8 for my daughter who is 7.5 to give her some room to grow. These shoes performed much better than expected. They are too big for me and I wear women's size 8.5-9.

They're cheap, but I had to cut out part of the elastic from the inside because it irritated my daughter's leg. May not provide enough cushioning for prolonged periods of wear.
