Tried it on my son, didn't stretch and my son usually uses the belt loop to pull himself up and it broke easily. The fit is a bit longer as expected as I went up a size but other than the two things mentioned the pants were comfortable.

He wears a 10/12 but has been eating way too many snacks lately. So he needs 12, which is a bit long for him, but he's growing up. But the texture quality is excellent. I really recommend it.

Cheap material, not suitable for active kids as 2 pairs come apart at the zipper and crotch and the 3rd pair is about to break.

These were almost perfect. Good price, fits well, washes well. They then ripped through normal wear and tear, even though they were mostly brand new. The belt loops also break easily on every pair we have which is annoying but I could deal with that if they didn't snap at the crotch. I have included photos to show the tear and broken belt loops. Note that they are otherwise in good condition. Not very worn or anything. For those wondering, my son weighs 56 pounds and is 3ft 10 inches tall.

I have two adolescent boys who have a very difficult time putting pants on. They are great because they have an elastic waistband so they can be adjusted. They are light, comfortable and wash well. I highly recommend them! They are really true to size.
