Remote took 2 hours

The product was on intermittently for about 2 hours as I went through my panel. The remote control has already stopped working. The app is essentially useless and won't even let me add a device. What now?

Broke after 2 months

I had it for 2 months and the motor stopped working for no reason. I wouldn't even turn it on. I would not recommend this product to anyone! I would also be very careful with the motor and wiring, there was no reason for it to break.

Fiber Optic Light Fixtures Tangled Fibers

The package and fibers received were very tangled and when I got tired of untangling them, it got worse. I've been trying for 17 hours to get the fibers to work and still won't unravel them, put them in my car and now my blanket won't fit. I literally just need fibers that don't tangle

Nice. in lighting and ceiling fans

Installed in Dodge Ram 98 for Starlight headliner. I ended up going to the scrap yard to get a headliner that I could wrap in black cloth and work from scratch. A very lengthy project. I didn't use the mini drill bits that came with it, I used a very sharp pickaxe and hot glue. The glue tends to melt and bend the fibers a bit, but the light still passes through them just fine.
