Description of 🐶 Chip's Pet Stuff: Recordable Training Buttons for Dogs - Enable Communication and Training with Your Puppy - Set of 4, Also Great as Game Buzzers, Doggie Doorbells, Speech Aids, & More

Record up to 30 seconds of any sound on these buttons to train your dog to talk. They're easy to record, and can be reused for different commands or as a buzzer in a trivia game. This set of 4 colors was chosen to be distinct for your dogs vision to prevent canine confusion. Record commands like outside, hungry, play, or anything else you need. We trained Chip to use a "love you" button and it melts my heart every time. The metal speaker is loud and easy to understand. Includes 8x AAA batteries that'll keep your recordable buttons going and going. Getting annoyed of your dog mashing the treat button? Built in off switch let's you get some quiet without deleting the recording. To create a sound, slide the bottom switch to record and hold the button down to begin recording. Talk into the mic on the bottom of the button for best results. Now change it back to play mode and press the button to hear your sound. More detailed instructions below. No pup? No problem. These recordable buttons can be used for as Jeopardy answer buzzers, teaching tools, or to aid children with special needs. At Chip's Pet Stuff, we're here 7 days a week to answer questions or help troubleshoot.

Too big for little paws

Recordable product easy to record. My dog learned to press the button but the little paws didn't press the sound enough. This requires more pressure than just a small dog's touch. The product works well for a heavier dog. I returned mine.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I will add later

They work better than others we've bought.

It's great. I have previously ordered from another company and one broke but I liked the concept so I ordered another from this company and they worked great! The dog quickly dealt with this, although now it's definitely trial and error.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Something different

The buttons are great. Dogs don't want to use them

Love that you don't accidentally override them because of the settings (which is what prompted me to). They're durable and sound great. We're still trying to get the dogs to use them and every once in a while they step on one of them and we're all excited. Good product.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Minor issues

They are ideal for doorbells

Ideal for communicating with dogs. My dog has already rung the bell to let us know he wants to go outside on business. I recorded my voice along with the sound of the bell and she did it all in under an hour. She likes to eat ice cream. Now she has an ice bell. She calls every time she wants ice cream. The other two we used for food and hugs. You are worth every penny.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Protection

Loud and clear, good for dogs

After reading How Stella Learned to Speak by Christina Hanger and having previously ordered other buttons that weren't as clear, we are thrilled with this set! Our 12 week old pup actually presses the button with the word "outside" when he wants to go outside. I hear my voice saying a word from another room and I know it's time to get it out! We didn't want to hear the chimes every time we open the door so this works really well! We have to try other words!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Reliable

Useful communication device

I was afraid it would be uncomfortable. But they help clarify what we are trying to communicate to each other. I use the "Eat" button near his pet bowl and the "Walk" button on the front door to walk on the leash. I also put a play button next to his toys so he can ask for time to play. I'll keep the 4th button until I need it. Once you teach your dog to put his paw on an object, it's very easy to use. He already had a button on the outside to ring the bluetooth doorbell inside to let me know…

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • The list goes on.
