These are 9 and 1/4 inch as hard as steel bars. I love cleaning them up. They are so easy to care for. I just love how thick they are. They fit my hands perfectly. I like to use them until I'm satisfied and then put them away wet after a good cleaning. I'm not worried but after some use and wet stuff they are good and ready to use again very soon after drying.

My son loves loves these chopsticks! For the last two years he has been eating with chopsticks and they are by far his favorite, he usually uses wooden and acrylic chopsticks. He likes the look, I like them because they are easy to clean, both by hand and in the dishwasher; Dishwasher safe, will not discolor or rust. My son finds them very fashionable and usually chooses them over everyone else!

If chopsticks could be beautiful, then here they are! I wanted durable tableware that could be thoroughly and easily cleaned in the dishwasher and would look good in any environment. They are elegant, have a pleasant weight and are easy to handle. I paired them with Japanese designed Edoya ceramic rods. The fact that the sets are individualized according to the pattern is a great plus! I don't write many reviews but I just LOVE these! No more wood or fiberglass for me!

My daughter bought this with the money she saved for it. I'm very impressed with them. They are really pretty and seem to be holding up well. They are easy to clean as we hand washed them and randomly washed them in the dishwasher and they were fine. I bought two boxes to replace 10 pairs of wooden chopsticks. They are much stronger and easier to clean. They are less porous and absorb less water/fat than wooden sticks. They are quite light and not much heavier than wooden chopsticks. They also pick up food no worse than wood, but I haven't tried super slippery food yet, but so far they're working well.
