I've spent a lot of time trying to find the right car charger. I needed more than a cigarette lighter *aux* power connector as well as fast USB charging ports. Finding him was a lot harder than it should have been. Not only does this meet my needs, but it also has a very fast USB-C connector. I also bought a USB cable with two male ends and am very happy with this solution. It has withstood abuse well in my car and has flown with me on many trips for rentals. Highly recommended!

This worked really well during my recent road trip from Florida to North Carolina. The on/off switch is really useful. A couple of times I could just turn off the radar detector when it just stopped working. After contacting the seller after a year of use, the seller was kind enough to provide some solutions and offer a replacement under a lifetime warranty. However, it was quite dangerous as my car almost caught fire while I was in the car. Thank God ! I was able to stop it and figure out where the weird burning smell was coming from and even noticed a few wisps of white smoke coming out of my center console. It is definitely better not to leave it unattended all the time.

This is a good product! Other splitters I've bought in the past have shorted out my car's electrical system or at least blown the cigarette lighter fuse. This product did NOT do that. I wanted a solution to keep the DC plugs in my Suburban's working DC outlet. My focus was that this unit can turn the DC ports on and off individually, so I don't have to remove the DC adapter from the DC ports as advertised.
