Definitely a bit big for a size 4. Haven't tried them on my 11 month old niece but the only thing I don't like is the fur on the boots in two different ones Colors, One boot has more gray fur and the other is brown. That sucks because they look like they don't go together. Also, the symbol on the boots looks like a Baby Phat symbol, which is a bit odd. The rest of the boots appear to be of normal quality.

Absolutely my favorite shoe purchase for my granddaughter Bought her three pairs of boots for the winter and these were her favorites. The button has an elastic thread that opens and closes where the button is. Good quality boot fluff, like UGG. And the boots are visible at the sole, very durable and looks elegant on my girl. Loved her and she too. Open it with an elastic cord to make the boot fit perfectly in the size I bought. And I didn't need any pressure to put them on, which is a big plus

I bought these shoes for my daughter. They were charming and suited her well. She always wanted to wear them. Those were her favorite shoes. She wore them every day for about 6 weeks when the strap on the back broke and the upper lining of the shoe wore out. We had to buy her new (different) shoes. Glad she has new shoes now. Bad thing? She wants her old ones back. My daughter is 2 years old so she is rough with shoes. But I would consider that before deciding to buy. They are also not suitable
