The plastic surrounding the mirror to hold it is not strong enough. Mine starts to distort the first use. And a rotating grab handle, threaded insert and another handle would be nice too. Also, I've been using them intermittently for over a year and they feel great.

I have had these mirrors for years. I had to buy them as replacements when my horses rubbed my truck and broke it, but they can handle up to 80mph plus speed on the freeway as well as dirt roads, if you adjust the wedge properly they will never fall off

Mirrors work well. The wing mirror is a bit small, but the design limits it. I was afraid the mirrors would vibrate, but they are very strong and the adjustment holds up very well. I replaced the tab that comes with the mirrors with a small stainless steel screw so a wrench is now required to remove it. I don't intend to put them on and take them off often. In general, they do an excellent job at what they are designed for.

It's just not what I expected. I just don't like them after using them. I don't think a good try can help them, but not for me. They will come off, watch out, I took them off before I lost one and put them in the back seat. I will replace the original mirrors with another version. I'll lose the electric mirrors never mind I want something better than the original some hang late.

The towing mirrors match my existing mirrors well and provide good visibility but the attachment mechanism is not acceptable. Installed the mirrors according to the instructions. They were a bit loose and wobbly. I did a test drive on a country road and everything was fine. Then I turned onto the interstate. I was driving about 40 mph when the right towing mirror came off. I turned around as quickly as I could and returned to get the mirror. To my dismay it was knocked over maybe 3-4 times…

I made a rookie mistake and chose a product 1/3 cheaper, only got one side and had to choose a pair. Yes, they don't look harsh and heavy, but they slide very well on the factory mirror. I find that most people complain about the anchor tab being inserted and aligned. Once I figured out this misalignment, installation was easy. I later unscrewed each handle and rubbed it against the pavement to blunt the head of the mounting screw to attach the tongue and mirror. This is not strictly necessary…

They feel sturdy and the wing mirrors swivel, which is nice. Mirrors are high quality, clear without distortion. BUT they don't match my mirrors. I ran through the Make/Year/Model filter and it should match my 1992 F250. These extensions fit mirrors that connect to a truck door on the side of an existing mirror. My mirrors are bolted to a bracket in the middle so the extensions will not fit an existing mirror. My mirrors are original, if not modified they will not fit. The mirror mounting screw

First of all, the assembly is a bit strange, but it holds up perfectly. I've read other reviews about them getting blown off the freeway and I can only assume those other people didn't follow the installation instructions. I have driven them 5,000 km and they are fine. Warning: once you install them, don't expect to remove them. The wedge is made of butyl material which will stick to your mirror and will be destroyed upon removal.
